As a rule I generally don't wear a lot of make up. It's just something I never got into. On special occasions I wear eyeliner, mascara and lipstick. I never leave the house without a moisturizer on my lips. When I was offered the opportunity to try Mia Mariu makeup I was skeptical at first. I mean after all I'm not the poster girl for makeup. But then I took inventory of my current stash of makeup and it was old cheap and needed to be thrown out. I decided to do my own research of the company and it's products. I admit I was impressed. This was not some fly by night company producing and selling cheap drugstore lackluster makeup. Their makeup is all natural infused with vitamins and minerals. I decided to give it a try. I received 3 Hydrating Lip gloss in colors of my choice to review along with a touch up deluxe kit. I usually wear the same shades of lip gloss but this time I decided to choose two colors I normally wouldn't choose. I chose the Diva (my usual shade), Granada and Amore.
The moisturizing properties of the Mia Mariu products is great. I recently was hospitalized for 6 days. During that time I ran a fever and was severely dehydrated. My husband brought the Diva hydrating lip gloss and it made my chapped lips feel so good. When I apply the lip gloss it smells good too. My lips were hydrated and moisturized as an added bonus I had a nice subtle color.
When applying makeup I'm from the school of thought "less is more." I've never been a fan of the caked on make up look. If you agree you will also enjoy the coverage provided my Mia Mariu products. The makeup goes on lightly and provides full coverage. No blending is necessary, it naturally blends with your skin tone. The minerals in their products provide brilliant pigments that dazzle and sparkle in the light. A little goes a long way.

The vitamins and minerals combined with the moisturizing properties have no adverse affects to your skin. At the end of the day when it's time to remove your makeup it's no worries there either. The all natural makeup washes off easily leaving no traces it was even there leaving your skin and pores to breathe freely.
