Ingredients
2 cans condensed chicken soup
1/4 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. carrot chopped
1/4 C. celery chopped
4 C. chopped fresh pumpkin
31/2 C. water
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. heavy cream
1/2 C. instant white rice (uncooked)
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Cook all ingredients except rice in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. Add ingredients to food processor (may have to be done in 2 batches depending on size of food processor) process on pules until smooth. Add back to crock pot along with rice cook for additional hour on high until rice is done. Serve with sweet potato chips.
