I love this time of year. The cool day and crisp nights give me the perfect opportunity to make my favorite foods, "Comfort Foods." Comfort Foods give me a warm hug and make me feel so yummy and nostalgic for my childhood. Here is a recipe for tender and juicy Crock pot Pork Chops. Served with mashed potatoes and broccoli it's perfect for busy moms on the go. The Crock pot does all of the work and their is only 3 ingredients.
Crock pot Porkchops
Rinse porkchops (my crockpot holds 6)
add 1 can of cream of chicken soup to bottom of crock pot
layer porkchops
add 1 packet beef stew mix to 1 can of water add to crock pot
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or cover ad cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes and your choice of vegetables
